Because I’m grateful for my self-awareness,
It leads me to gratitude.
Thank you for my assumed struggle.
It’s allowed me to change my attitude.
I’m humble about my abode.
Blessed it allows me to elevate my altitude.
Blessed with the tools to succeed.
It’s the simple breath I take to proceed.
In humility I take pride in my stress.
How else would I have made it to words I confess?
You’ll hear these types of words today.
When you’re back to work, remind yourself how you got there, okay?
Give grace for the park you reside next to.
Honor to the trees waving beside you.
The wind’s reminding you earth is here to whisper at you.
A respect in fear to guide the better version of you.
Recognize the new form for whom you’re walking through.
Every moment’s a new one to thank the one who could be done with you.
Expect nothing from gratitude, maybe free meals and all day you chew.
The day’s a beacon for what could be achieved on the run.
In closing, thank you for reading—now I’m done.
…live in grace and you’ll never be done.
