There are actually 6 unrecorded laps I ran in lane 3 of the Grant High Track — I stretched to the tunes that got my run started and forgot to push record! When I got done running around NE Portland I ran 4 victory laps because I didn’t know when to quit. I noticed I hadn’t reached 11 miles, so I kept going.... I get into the vibes of the person i need to become and it often takes me the distance. Number 1 rule is to never look back. I ran the furthest I’ve ever run, but @relivecc app didn’t get the best part of it. Too many moments to enjoy; a couple hills to dance up on the run and no time for photos when looking back holds me back. Next time I’ll have proof how close I get to half a marathon...
