The language of the brain is rooted in your actions. So consider this, you likely won’t think yourself into positive emotions, but you can act yourself into positive thoughts.
Should you ever be so still, and lie in bed contemplating the dread of the morning, it’ll benefit you to understand the practice of meditation. You should know that your emotions are waves of your past, reminding you of your stagnant moment. If you don’t learn your emotions, you’ll be a prisoner to them. And you’ll confuse the heavens of today, with the hells of yesterday.
It doesn’t matter who I am or what I do, for I to write this. I think enough to be dangerous, and dangerous enough to think. One can’t be so meticulous as a writer, but that in itself is why writing comes natural, for me. In the same with thinking, most aren’t so careful before they speak because they don’t think. Their verbal responses are reactions. Reactions are instincts based on memory.
Here again, I’m a no body, writing to anybody, who feels this can help somebody, but not everybody. In that, there comes to be one writer.
