Have you ever meditated so deep to where your furniture starts to blur? And your eye floaties begin inviting their cousins to the point where the air shifts empty space like water? It gets weird. What if you reached that point every day for 30 days? Your life must be great if you can find a quiet space to do so.
But what’s the point?
People like me have their reasons, but if your life doesn’t allow the space to experience this, why make an effort?
In my previous experience with this deep state of meditation, I saw Istanbul’s Anatolian Side swirl like whip cream. Buildings and houses started to churn, turning them into butter. The moment I reached out to grab some for my toast, the butter was gone.
