You live in a World that’ll grow you.
Don’t ever expect it to owe you.
But to grow, you gotta’ want to.
Influencers, the people look up to you.
For your affluences, don’t let either distort you.
Because the people have better views of you.
Their bird’s eye views of you.
From the empty black sky above, see again what lie in trust.
From below, like a telescope who only sees what glow.
As the individual though, we’re the Rockstar’s from below.
Only seen because us humans glow.
Let the day go, this universe is for you to gloat.
Did you see the Moon last night glow?
I was born under it, and so were you though…
And unknown to a few, I too was a bit too soon.
‘Twas Christmas Day they say I was actually due.
Life—use it until it loses you.
If not, this likely won’t amuse you.
Breathe well enough it’ll come very soon.
The holidays might be a reason for a gift to season.
Do it well, you’ll be fortunate beyond reason.
Lastly you should know, as that Moon last night glow, we’ll also see it go.
Like time was a foe, often soon to know.
Like some are doomed in snow,
Quite early like my birthday, ya’ know…?
Born 12-18 if you’re curious to know,
Not too late for that gift slow poke.
It’ll come and go like our Moon, uh oh….
I was born at 12:18 AM, just after the last full Moon of 86’ glammed.
And so, like birth is to life, morning is to day.
Our Full Moons won’t stay,
I don’t blame it in any way,
It’s us who think it only shines once a month on certain days…
